Mo in the US
Mo visited the US — a whirlwind tour of Washington, D.C., to visit Diana (Mary Helena joined up from London, too!),followed by a few days in New York City, and then Provincetown, Mass., for the International Encaustic Conference, where she was invited to speak about the encaustic scene in Australia. Mo had works in two shows in P-town – “First Light” at The Schoolhouse Gallery, which had works from the conference teachers and speakers, and “Stillness” at the juried and prestigious Kobalt Gallery, curated by the owner, Francine D’Olimpio. The Kobalt show’s theme was “Confluence: Water and Light.”
